Why Join a Union?

You and your employer are in a relationship. If you’re not a trade union member, you have no voice. Your employer would prefer this. Luckily for you, you have rights as an employee in law. The ISU as a trade union is the most effective way for your rights to be promoted and protected and for the relationship with your employer to be a more equal one.

Why ISU?

The ISU represents staff from all areas of the business, past, present and future. Our reps are based on the front line. We listen, we commit, we act.
